Our delivery goal is 7 days for Samples and 14-30 days for all other orders. Occasionally, we are able to ship before that time depending on the circumstances. With the exception of UPS orders, our driver will contact you 24 hours before he arrives with your delivery to inform you of his exact time of arrival. • PermaLife Mulch®, PermaLife SoftStuff™ may be purchased here on our PermaLife Website, and delivered to your choice of address and in certain quantities, by UPS Ground or by Common Carrier. Freight rates for orders delivered by PermaLife are subject to change.

• PermaLife Mulch® and PermaLife Pour&Play™, are also available at selected Retail Outlets around the country (see locations)

• PermaLife Mulch®, PermaLife SoftStuff™, PermaLife SportsFill™ and PermaLife ArenaFill™ may also be purchased by phone order by calling toll free 1-866-PERMALIFE, and in many cases picked up by you at any one of our Distribution Outlets (see locations)
